Yeah its not good, but not terribly bad either. Get the light closer, like was said. Just when you transplant them into your soil, bury them up to just below the first set of leaves. Get a light breeze going on them at that point. I don't know if you have any wind going on these yet or not, but if you do, be careful. They are so tall they could snap. Get them transplanted ASAP and keep that light low, and keep an eye on your temps at the plant level ~Experimentalist
Yep. Now fix your mistakes Your plants will be fine if you transplant them and bury them deep like I said. ~Experimentalist
should I transplant right now even tho the root system hasnt developed its only been under the light for like bearly coming on 3 days. Is it bad to burry the stem? Wait everyone keeps saying its bad, but why is it bad?
Yeah I'd transplant in the next day or so. No, theres nothing wrong with burying the stem man, trust me. I don't know who is saying that its bad. You dont want your plants looking like they do because that is called "stretch" == it makes for poor plants. You want to see nice tight growth, especially indoors. You achieve this by placing your lights as low as possible without burning/stressing the plants. Your plants WILL collapse under their own weight unless you have very sturdy plants. A breeze on your plants is *crucial* for their development, and a fan on your plants at this point could kill them. ~Experimentalist
I told you how to fix this already. Don't ask me to call you for help, thats ridiculous. Ask whatever questions you have, but ask them specifically please. -rep (and I NEVER fucking neg rep!) ~Experimentalist
lol ur so weird, its like ur raging on the net haha. go smoke bro... would putting a 400 watt hortiflux bulb on them do any good after transplanting them? I have the lamp being cooled and has a tempered glass.
dude i didnt mean to creep you out i was just at panic and I didnt know what to do but ask for your help on the phone, i wont do it again i just get really like ahhh becasuse my goal was to not fuck up and make this plant amazing and have great bud and a lot of yeld, i feel like i just fucked it up..
no way man this is nothing, this is like the most minimal kind of fuck up. Stretching sucks but its best you learn your lesson at this stage, than later. Everyone fucks up the first few times, get used to the idea. You have to feel out your environment through trial and error, trust me. Just be smart, read the sticky threads, and dont panic, and you'll grow yourself some good bud from those seedlings! ~Experimentalist
It is OK to bury the stem - it will turn to root. Yor plants are stretching, due to lack of light - they are trying to find the sun !!! This is bad because if they do not get more light they will DIE. But you have been given good advice as to how to fix it.
