I have been late almost every single day since I started working at this factory. I'm 19. I get dropped off and picked up. But I'm late because I take too long smoking a couple bowls before I leave. 10% of workers are permanent cuz they have been there for more then 10+ years. They get paid more and get to do more shit. Mid-day yesterday. The head supervisor that runs everything there comes up to me and says, all the supervisors like you, and everyone likes working with you. I couldn't hear what he said next really but I heard permanent then he said try not coming late much. People told me that the supervisor fires anyone who is late more then twice. I've been working for a whole month coming in late 4 days out the week LOL . Probably didn't expect me to work as hard since I'm chubby and look like I'm 16
