Log out, Clear cookies

    this is just something i've always wondered. a lot of times when someone posts about a problem, they are advised to log out and clear cookies.

    does this mean to just log out and have this message come up?

    or to actually go into your browser history and delete all cookies?

    To actually clear your cookies and cache on your computer. :)
