Loading the Bong with Ice.

Put it inside the tube, where you put your mouth.

 

for the most part you would put cubes down the mouth to either fill the neck or if they are small enough into the bubble/chamber

 

Some bongs come with an "Ice Catcher" which are little glass indents inside the middle of the tube that carries the ice. Hope that helped

 

just make sure your bong has a ice-catcher so you dont go dropping ice cubes on the down-stem and breaking it

 

Good call. I thought of mentioning ice catchers but didn't. Never thought of it breaking the downstem. That would be devestating

I think a bong isnt complete without some sort of ice catcher!!
Just get the biggest peices that will fit, to allow the most airflowage. also filling it with ice to the rim isnt really needed, since it takes away some of the chamber area. Unless its a smaller tube though.

once apon a time, a long time ago, i was jamming ice down the tube, one oblong ice cube and 3 taps later I punched a hole in the tube.....

Of coarse this was china thin glass but whatever it was a bummer when it happen. Looking back on it take it slow.

 

Well I had a bong without an ice catcher so I always just used crushed ice I kinda like it better to be honest. If its snowing out use some snow! Its awesome.

Yea I dont use crushed ice because it makes drag. Depending on how much you put it though. Something cool to try would be to put snow in then bore out a hole in the middle of the tube for epic airflow. Would be like an ice tube,

I lived there for 13 years myself haha, so I know your pain. I didn't even see snow till I was like 14 or 15 haha.

 

I wouldnt see why not, as long as it CLEAN/brand new. Yeah bro you gotta try that snow pack haha.

 

Winter time is just more fun to smoke in. Go outside, fuck around in the snow, use snow in your bong, and then go be idiots in the snow some more. Trucks, four wheelers, dirtbikes, snow ball fights with the middle schoolers so you can make them miserable, etc.
