Better to do it while you're young! Of you really want one and have the money and think it'll suit you, I don't see why not!
I just got mine done a few months ago and I like it. Just know that it will leave a small scar if you ever take it out.
From my point of view it is not an good place to get pierced, you can get pierced at your ears that would be better.
