i dont think hes the best rapper alive (i personally think that is lupe. his lyrics are great)
but lil wayne does serve his rymthes better than any rapper out there. in my opinion.

 

I don't like him or his new music. I listen to his old stuff back when he was a teen. He was so stoned in that video.
