What different kinds of floro's should i use? right now i am using the aquarium/grow bulbs (x2). i am going to be buyin a second 2 bulb fixture prolly tomarrow, but am wondering what different bulbs i should pick up for maxium potential. i know i need to pick up some cool whites...what is the best combo for a 4 light setup?
ok, this is what i was thinking of doing, was reading a few other posts and such on overgrow and a few other posts on this site..and i was thinking of gettin two wide spectrums then using my 2 Philips Plant and Aquarium bulbs i got, the stats on the bulbs are as listed off the package it came off of 1600 lumen and 40 watts
1600 lumens? wow that sucks dude. I have cool white floro's a 4' fixture and they give off a total of about 5K and then i have a mercury vapor bulb i need to hook up for flowering which gives off 7K lumens. I dont care about lumens. But for veg. Use cool white bubls. and for flowering a warm color liek residential
i would suggest putting 4 20w verilux full spec flouros in ur system,they each have 2100 lumens and run at 6500k,k as in kelvin temp,i think u would be more than pleased with the results u would get.
I dont mean 2 burn u but u dont know what ur talking about.These cool white bulbs u have at most would run like 1500 lumens,the 5k that ur getting is the temp of the lights rays man,u need to do sum research b 4 u make a fool of urself.
Pardon me sir! I am sorry it was the temp of the bulbs. See you really need to wait until you get some weed so you can smoke and be a nice person in the forums or no one will like you. And i do know what i am talking about and i dont need to be corrected on little mistakes. But yes i do have about 5K in lumens in my closet grow, jsut i have a few different lights on in there. My bad!
