Lighting questions, next step to healthy plants

    Hey if Im only growing 2 plants and I already have 3 40watt fluorescent 600 lumens bulbs what is the best next step for lighting that would run around 100 or less?

    i'd say just one more 40watt or a a couple cfl's and you'd be set.

    If I got another 40 watt would the 4 be enough for good or would I again need to upgrade? Also is there a better and worse between light bulbs and light tubes? And if I do just buy some more fluoro lights what is the best to buy?
