quick question about lighting.....i hav floros in my grow closet not and i want to get a low watt hps and i was looking at the cheap supplies thread and came across this one http://www.e-conolight.com/cgi-bin/shopper.exe?preadd=action&key=E-hc1h151z but its a flodd light and i wanted to know if it would still work or if it would give off too much heat..... any comments greatly appreciated...
Watt for att it will put out less heat then the flo's but you will need to remove the ballast and relocate it out of your growbox to keep the temps low. You can keep it simple and throw the whole fixture in there to see if you need ot remove the ballast or not. You could also remove the glass and put a comp fan sucking out the top into a 4" duct to make a coolhood.
