do you need light right when you plant the seed, how long does it usually take for the plant to come out of the soil?
anything from a day to 2 weeks. water it with a cup. u want the soil to b damp but not wet. a seed needs air and water, if it dont get the air it drowns, if it dont get the water it drys out. how much and how often u water depends on how well drainin the soil is, the size of the pot, the heat in the room etc etc..
