    Hey I just got a quick question, Im making a setup today for 1 plant. I was looking around my house for lights and found some called NOMA (brand) mini spiral

    Light output 1700 Lumens
    Energy Used 26w
    Life 8000 Hours

    It has this graph of there bulb equaling a 100 w light which makes me ask 2 question
    Is this light usable for growing, if so do I use 2 or 1 lights for 1 plant?

    Yes you can use this light for growing, the light output is nothing like a 100W bulb, those charts are bullshit.
    Use about 3-4 of these lights per plant, and more if you want a decent yield.
