My closet is 9 by 6 I have a 2 four foot fluoro bulbs hanging within 2-4 inches away from the plants. Right now the plants are only about 2-3 inches tall. Will 80 watts be enough to get three plants through the veg stage?
80 watts is not enough for 3 plants especially when your using tubes... Adding some spiral fluoros mights help.... Are they streching? Because that would be your lights insufficiency indicator... Pics would help a lot...
I was going to add additional spirals on the side and top later on. Stretching, im not sure what you mean?
100 watts per plant is needed or 250 total stretching is all stem and no leaf healthy is a width equal to height
Ill just go ahead and install another 80 watt fixture for now I guess since my plant is very small its to hard to tell if its stretching.
