hi am new to this and i want to know wat light would b best for four plants want to keep the cost down but wat would produce good results but yet not increase my electric bill please help need advice
Any lights will increase your electric bill, but CFLs are very cheap (to buy, and use), however they don't produce as much light as a HID system. You'll need to have multiple CFLs, but you can place them all around the plants. Do a search on here to find out more about what CFLs other growers use and how they set them up.
