Lighting height help in need right now for day 7!

    Ok my plants are under 400 watt hps bulb with visqueen plastic all over the walls. The light is about 14 inches away.

    heres some pics try to see the picture please tell me if the light is to the little girls, and also keep in mind my bulb is being cooled by the vent fan and the ducting and stuff!

    little ones(plants) like that i'd start at 24 inches and gradually low it, avoiding burning them.
