What is the best lighting (fluoresents) and soil for growing in doors? I'm currently using some generic organic peat moss and 3(6 bulbs) of 3150 lumens and 4100k color? Idk if thats good or bad or what.
Dont get me wrong, Im still VERY new at this, but Ive heard 100watts per plant, and when your growing (veg. phase) you want full spectrum (6500K) lighting... at least thats what Im using now. Then again, I did grow a plant pretty well with a single, IKEA led table light LOL! (its under floros now for the record...) how old is your set up? any pics by chance??
