my buddy has a ge lu200 watt hps is this a good light he is using it to try and force to bud been at 12-12 for a few days no signs yet he has been using this light the whole time tho... his ph level on a alalog ph tester is in the 5- 6 range what can be used to bring it closer to the akalide side??? hes been using a spray mister to feed peter bloom booster on it and 3 times a week in soil watering healthy looking nice green 9 fingers jus some good bag seeds sometimes get curled tips..
