Hello ! I've been lurking for a while, reading all of the grow guides and information that's out there and I've definitely learned a lot, only problem is I'm not sure what to do with all this information now. I have two feminised seeds, 1 x Lowryder and 1 x Blue Cheese. Now before reading I did think I might be able to grow them on a window sill... this is now out the window (no pun intended) ! I want to try growing just to see what it's like and this will probably be a one off grow. As I only want to grow two plants, inside, steathily and in a small space and don't really have any money to spend on it (student), how should I go about it ? I'm mainly interested in what light I could purchase but any other information would be greatly appreciated ! Also I am UK based ! Also if you think those seeds aren't the best for what I want to do please tell what ones I should try. Thanks in advance !
You will learn fast. Make sure you read the grow guides throughly on here and elsewhere. They all differ slightly but drum to the same beat overall. If you want to do it cheap build you a box of some sort paint it white. Get a fan, then get CFLs and light clamps. That will get you started. Should not cost that much. Growing though costs money to start up. You will need more lights eventually, ph balancing kit, ph tester, etc etc. Its best if you save some money up so you can get a good start. I initially started this journey thinking like that. Well 2 thousand US dollars later here I am and I still need some more stuff and find myself looking for new things.
