Light/ space

  1. I have a 36x36x62 grow tent is 1600 watts of light too much even if at recommended height??? I know the leds don’t give off true wattage (Amazon lights) but even with true wattage am I pushing it too much?

  2. I'm on my first led light. 2000w in a 4x2x6 tent. So far so good. Not sure if it is genetics or lighting but they are short and branchy as hell.

  3. What light are you using? 1600watts of LED is way too much in a 3x3 but many LED makers lie about the wattage and will label a 100watt led as a 1000watt etc.

  4. I absolutely know the wattage isn’t true, but a honerson 600 watt/ Bloomspect 1000 watt hangin 30 inches up

  5. 2 of the Amazon choices ‍♂️‍♂️‍♂️ Don’t judge I also have a ufo cob 300 watt but it isn’t being used

  6. You will need 450 actual watts for your space if you use chinese blurples.

  7. The Bloomspect is 182watts and I don't see a honerson but there is a Higrow 600 which is 120watts.

  8. Seems way overkill but if you already have the lights and put em at the right height and heat doesn't become a problem I think it'd work. If you don't have the lights yet you'd save on both the initial cost and the electricity by getting a less powerful light and I'm sure you could still get a big yield.

  9. I would add the cob, both your lights together are just over 300watts, which is a bit low for a 3x3 with these lights. The UFO cob is just over 100watts so it should tie the space nicely.

  10. scoobiedoobie checked the True wattage and I’m under the limit a lilttle, it seems to work for the set up, and yes the lights are vented and hung as directed

  11. I placed it in there before replying, time is of the essence
