Right Dono if ur actually right tho cause u can do one plant on a 26 cfl light I have over 70000 lumen so spending that over them should be fine
Your lights should be based on the sq footage of the grow area. A sog would be drastically different than using 5 gal Pots in flower. Decide how you are gonna grow and the space you will need , then ask the question....
