my bcn diesel plant is 7 weeks into flowering and she probably has about a week/a week and a half til shes done...but last night i had a huge light fuck up and she was exposed to light for probably a good 3 hours....pleaaase tell me what the effects will be....can hermies form this late into flowering? the buds are already pretty big and the pistils are about 60 orange/40 white....im really concerned please answer fast thanks
3 extra hours should be no worry a light leak is more about constant leaking light for a few days. Just make sure it doesn't happen again.
I agree. Three hours shouldn't have any harmful effects. Just keep an eye on your girl and make sure she doesn't grow balls.
Help!!! well, first i forgot how to start a thread and so if u know how please let me know! also, i need to know... if anyon has ever had this problem when growing plants..... im in flowering phase already and i think some light has been leaking into my growroom....i realized it today when i was going to harvest.... i saw a green shoot coming out of one of my buds.... CAN i STILL Harvest???... or has the leak fucked up the process ?.... im thinking maybe it had been leaking for about a week now... (the last week of flower) does this affect my buds in any way... on potency ?
Fix the leak. Sounds like the plant is trying to reveg or that branch. Watch plants carefully to make sure they dont turn hermie (they may have already). If plants don't look as if they are maturing more then pull them or if they are done. I would pull the revegging branch (or at least thats what it sounds like its doing).
