light green rep bar

    whats it mean? as my rep penis grows I find myself wondering....why? whats the reason it's there? I thought it meant you could neg rep people but no...not that I want to throw out the negative vibes, just wondering what the light green portion means. or if it means anything at all

    lol poor guy still hasnt gotten the answer...

    a light green rep bar just means when you +rep someone it now is worth some amount of points. before it was the neutral grey color, and didnt add points to someones rep. only "VIP" members can neg rep anymore.

    You can neg rep people. Just do not break rules while doing so. Check this Thread to make sure you're not. What does positive rep mean? It means people like the stuff you have posted. :)
