Light during sleep???

    While your plants are in 12/12 what little light can u use to view them while they sleep? Or well I need to build a door and I have an LED light, will that disrupt the sleep cycle??

    complete darkness is best during nap time
    no wakey
    you'd get upset if someone stuck a big ole light in your face while sleeping
    so do your girls

    The answer is; you don't.

    Any interruption of your dark period during flower can not only cause your plants to go back into a veg state, take longer to finish and result in light, airy buds... It can also cause them to herm on you.

    Avoid any light during dark period if possible, if not possible, change your light cycle so you can avoid it.

    If you MUST , and I mean MUST, you use a Green light , or Green LED...

    But pure uninterrupted Darkness is advised....
