how do you guys flip your cycles? Iv still been on my phone 18 6 cycle for 4 or 5 days, and want to go to the 12 12 cycle once my lights turn off tonight. I've read people doing 24 hrs darkness or 36hrs darkness, thoughts?

I just go straight to 12. I'm growing autos right now. Amazingly they flip on there own without changing light schedule. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk

so I just turned em off u think just turning em back on at this time in the am is what I wanna do?, I wanted to do 24 so my lights were on at night and off during the day
