life as a chef

    I work grill and sautee at a pretty classy restaraunt, usually making burgers, fajitas, and all kinds of fancy pasta dishes...sometimes for myself :D

    Would really like to find out a lot more about cooking, I love cooking and try to cook for my mother and brother every night with fresh ingredients. Cooking mexican, spanish, italian and good old british cuisine (if you can call british food cuisine).

    If you guys have any recipes that you love to make, hit me up :D

    was considering becoming a chef a while ago but didnt pursue any research. coincidentally i go to one of the best culinary schools here. might take advantage of that

    If at all possible, try to stay out of Restraunts that are huge Corporations.


    I was a cook (step below a chef) at P.F changs, and i got paid $11 an hour to
    cook behind a hot wok and it was terrible.

    I now get paid the same amount of money at a locally owned Pizzeria to
    answer phone calls all day. Fuckin' sometimes being a cook sucks!
