  1. Hey GC,

I was wondering what would happen if you were to get pulled over with a learners license, anyone know? Or ever had it happen to em? Would you have to wait another year to aquire your full license?

  2. Idk how it works in Canada land but where I live you have your learners permit for 6 months before you can go for your driving test. if you get pulled over for any reason within that six months you have to go another six i believe.

  3. What province are you from? That makes all the difference.

Here in Ontario, to drive legally with the G1 ("learner's permit") license you must:

Have a G-class licensed driver with 5+ years of experience in your car.
    000000000 alcohol in your system.
I think there are certain time restrictions too, but I'm not sure.
You can't go on any highway with a 100km/h speed limit, along with a couple others they specifically exclude.

I don't know the punishments, but those are the main rules. Don't fuck around, it'll suck if you get caught because no cops like a young kid who thinks he can get away with everything. They'll go hard on you on purpose if they do.

  4. Don't drive around without being fully licensed ya fuck.

  5. Call up your local department of motor vehicles and find out.

I would think the rules on driving with learner's permit are similar everywhere. Out here in California If you're over 18 you can drive with someone who is licensed. If you are under 18 you have to drive with your parent or legal guardian who is licensed. If you're caught breaking any of these rules, you will get your driving privileges taken away for up to a year.

  6. You would not be insured so if you got into an accident your parents could get sued.

  7. You could google it for your location....if you have a computer, wait....you're posting here, therefore.....

  8. yea this for sure

I also had a buddy that used to drive at 15 with no permit nothing, and he got caught and couldn't get his license until 18 as in IL you can only get your license under 18 if you're in a drivers ed program

that was 10 years ago, not sure how its changed

  9. Anyone know the laws for alberta?

  10. Yea it's not worth it. Just wait dog
