    It's not a question of whether or not it needs to happen, of course it needs to - the question is whether or not it will happen. There's still an overwhelmingly large amount of people that will look to vote Conservative, even after having Stephen Harper for the last 8+ years; they can't help themselves no matter how badly he harms Canada as a whole.
