To those that believe that the poll has failed, you are wrong. Just because I don't include your specific philosophy, doesn't mean I'm offending you. I am simply asking upon your fundamental beliefs, the left or the right. These philosophies you have listed are branches of the fundamental. When a news network asks what party you belong to, it's either Democrat, Republican, or Independent. Independent parties are way too vast to list, leaving the poll scattered. I decided to keep it simple. If you have a problem, then don't post and don't vote because this will not pertain to you.
I'm very liberal on a lot of issues, gay marriage for example, but there's other things I'm conservative with, gun control being this example. I'm far more liberal than conservative though. So if I had to pick, liberal.
When I was younger I was a socialist / social democracy type person. Then I was a sort of libertarian/ancap. Now, somewhere between pragmatist and technocratist? In short, I don't know the answers. Which side of the false dichotomy does that fit on?
