For anyone who takes Lexapro (an anti-depressant), about how effective is it and what specific effects does it give?
Dude, too much of that shit will fuck with you nasty. I've seen people use that long term and just never turn out the same.
Oh, I forgot to mention that I'm REALLY depressed and anxious. I fucking hate my life and I'm hoping the Lexapro my mom got me will help.
I went on that for a while for anxiety. You can not just pop a few of those and be good. You are supoose to start off on a low dose and raise it and stay on it to help with depression and anxiety. I took it for about 6 months before I had enough. Sure it helped my anxiety, but made me depressed, took away my ability to enjoy sex and made me pretty numb. It was also the worse drug to wean yoursef off of. I took it realy slow and I still felt sick for weeks. Nasty stuff.
