What's up blades/bladies?? This thread is a continuation of another one I had that went way off topic. Post your algebraic equations for everyone to solve, and lets talk about the current state of this country's education system in between. Lets play nice haha Solve for x 47 + 98 * 5/3 + 4(15(9/3)) = x
It'd be easier if the problems weren't on a single line - it looks messy... 47 + 98 * 5 / 3 + (4 * ( 15 * ( 9 / 3 ))) = x 47 + (( 98 * 5) / 3) + (4 * ( 15 * 3)) = x 47 + (490 / 3) + (4 * 45) = x 47 + 163.33 + 180 = x 390.33 = x I live in Canada.
Nevermind Here's a question about a paradox I learnt in class. Say there's a hotel with a countable, infinite # of rooms. All of the rooms are occupied. One guest arrives. What room do you place him in?

were learning algebra in class. I cant belive i didnt even make it pass pre-algebra lol. But outta all the subjects, i like math more.
In middle school, we all got apple laptops and it was an utter waste of time and money. Now that I look back on it theres probably nothing useful I would've learned anyways. Considering the taxes probably are going up in my area for all this "helpful" technology I should like do something about this shit like write some letters and support Joe writer schmo. At least they could buy PCs instead of expansive ass MacBooks. I also remember we had like a month or two learning cursive in 3rd/4th grade. My teacher said "All your teachers will expect you to hand in your papers written in cursive"
ya hahahaha i remember hearing that all the time. i was great at cursive, but never ended up using it for anything other than personal things
Can anyone do Interest rates? Say you go to the car dealer. U buy a car for $13,000.00 with a interest rate of 6%. You have 5 years to pay it off. What is much interest will you pay off at the end of your payment? How much will u pay all together including interests? How much will you pay every month? Heres the Forumula: i=prt
The only thing confusing is in how it is stated...there is no missing money, the question just makes you think there is... The $27 paid is the $25 for the room plus the $2 that the bellhop took...of the original $30...$25 for the room...$2 for the bellhop...$3 (3 x $1) returned to the guests...so...25 + 2 + 3 = 30...no missing money...
