Let's play a game

Discussion in 'Experienced Cannabis Enthusiasts' started by Mustard, Aug 28, 2004.

  1. The game is called "What's the charge?"

I give you information about a recent arrest and you tell me what all the person was charged with.

People can go ahead and add real or fake scinarios as the game goes on.

    So here's the info.

"About 7:45 p.m. ...Sheriff's Deputy Bill Sofianos was sent to Hollywood Video. Employees had confronted 22-year-old Nicholas C. Evans, who worked at adjacent Game Crazy, for allegedly skimming off about $2,000 in the past two months.

Told he was under arrest, Evans allegedly ran out the front door with his backpack.

The tracking dog Bach, handled by Deputy Doug Paulson, sniffed out a trail and found Evans hiding in some blackberry bushes near Ferryman's Inn

Officers found 21 grams of marijuana in Evans' backpack, packaged in five baggies."

Most of the charges are fairly obvious. There is one in particular that some may not get, at least not right away.

    And no cheating!

  2. Posession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, fleeing, theft..I think it's called theft

  3. Nice. It's fairly easy. Though I was hoping people would miss the Intent to distribute part. ANY time you get caught with weed and baggies... you're royally FUCKED.

  4. His boss set him up and he was carrying someone elses pack by mistake :smoking: and 5 bags don,t make 21 grams

  5. Nah... I'm pretty sure the boss didn't. The boss there is a fucking tight ass prick. By the way, those 5 baggies we're probably 4, 1/8ths and a dub.

  6. Some weirdo is standing in the street, video taping a bunch of guys in a house, through the open curtain. In the tape, you see a drug sale, rolling blunts, and smoking. The weirdo takes the tape to the police station. The police show up. Do they have shit on them?

  7. i dunno is it agaisnt the law to be a peeping tom? if so... then it might be the same thing as an unconsented search... where any evidence such as drugs or parphilenia is thrown out because the cop didtn have the right to search him/her....

..also when the cops show up do the people have anything with them ...if they have nothing then it seems to me lik ethey wouldnt get in any trouble... since simply having THC in your system is not acrime.... and its obviosu that you had to get the THC in your system some how :D....

  8. as long as they don't have anything when the cops get there. I think the tape would be admissable in court, because the window was open. er curtain was open, but they could just play it off like it was tobacco, I don't think the fuzz could get a warrant to check their blood. As I said unless they found marijuanna. So they could get fucked if they were stupid about it.

  9. Sorry to double post

A man starts growing in the woods about oh a mile away from his house. He goes to see his plants weekly, one day the cops fly over, and spot his field so they camp out and wait for him. The plants are ready to harvest. The man comes up and starts pulling up the plants, just when he turns around a cop tackles him, handcuffs, the whole 9 yards..now do they have anything on him, and if not how can he get out of it.

and no it's not me ..See below VVVVVV

  10. lol are you growing op a mile away from your house? iono something about that story just reallyyy made me want to believe you are doing that and wondering what the consequences are

    o well

  11. It's legal. They got shit on the people selling because he is on public property and in no way trespassing..

  12. Really off topic but i got to thinking: mustard, you mentioned that if there are any baggies its considered intent to sell. well, what if its just one or two or if it still has a wee bit of bud in it? same thing?

  13. I really couldn't tell you. Maybe you'll get charged with it, but you could go to court and have the judge drop the charges. It's a technicallity that I think would rely on how much the cops want to get you.

  14. From what I've seen on TV, It's perfectly legal for someone to watch, or even video tape someone in their own house, if the person in the house, has the curtains open, or makes no effort to hide their actions. And the person watching, or taping, is on public property.

  15. hah.. isn't anyone playing the game? making their own scenarios? bah i'm too lazy :p i was gonna say theft.. i don't even consider possession of mj a crime..
