If Timmy knew anything about ganja he would know Lemon Wreck is crossed with Sour D which is never the prettiest weed. But it is some dank.

How is it OP? I'm growing this strain this year but I've never had the smoke before. I just love anything Sour D.

 

Where in Lem TW is there any sour d lol... its twreck x Lemon Haze (which im assuming is super lemon haze because any result for lemon haze, is super lemon haze)

The Lemon Wreck I know of is Sour D X Trainwreck and the Lemon comes from Sour D.

2. not stored well (Not sure if the overall tint is sun damage, strain it self, old, or sprayed with hash.)
If I ever baught bud and thats what i got, i would drop the bag and dip FAR AND FAST.


And if you got this from a deeler and not a collective. Id'e be convinced its shit because if I was a dumb kid I would call it lemon haze and sell it like that just because of the tint.

Sour D crosses can be ugly IMO. Compared to the Pineapple Kush and Purple Urkle in my garden, the Sour D and headband are the ugly ducklings. Not lacking in potency, just ugly. I thought maybe poor growing, plus funny looking, genetics of Sour D made for those buds. Now that I know it's a haze cross in the pic, I'm a little surprised. I would think a haze x trainwreck combo would be lighter in color.

 

Every single time I've had Sour D, or any crosses, this has been especially true. I've went through lots of Sour D, ECSD, a cross of SDxLemon Skunk, and my favorite of all, the always gladly welcomed NYCSD. None, and I mean none of these were extremely 'dank medical' looking, but would outsmoke and outstone nugs that were flawlessly beautiful.I'd look at a 1/2 Ounce and start getting pisssed, because the nugs looked like middies, until I got engulfed by the smell and realized what i'd actually bought. lol. and we all know what it's like getting bitch-slapped with the pungent fresh Sour D aroma.

 

One search into google and I stand uncorrected, not to mention my first hand.

I'm in NorCal (land O' the weed), and I've bought Sour D from the clubs over 100 times. I know Sour D. YOU might think it's pretty, but others of us don't. That isn't to say I think the bud in this thread is pretty either. But looks can be deceiving. White strains grow a type of crystals that don't even get you high, while on the other hand, some bud looks like shit and taste bomb.

If you think Sour D is a pretty bud, that just means you haven't seen truly pretty bud. Sour D is one of my favorite strains. I just don't think it's a looker. And we don't read about Colorado buds everyday do we? No. We read people raving about CA and Amsterdam buds. There is a reason NorCal is legendary for its ganja.
