How close are WE to legalization? I keep hearing alot about what were GOING to do, but where are we in that process. Im guessing a few years? Am I right or wrong. should I just get an MMJ card (I have severe anxiety)? Overall question is: Where are we in the process and should I wait for legalization or just go for a MMJ card.
If I lived in California, I would still definitely try and get a mmj card if I had a legitimate reason to get one. I'm guessing if it gets legalized in California it will probably be done so through a proposition. Still I think it could happen in the next 2-4 years. If it gets legalized in California I think one of two scenarios will take place. The dominoes will begin to fall even faster and other states like California will legalize it also and then the federal government will have to legalize it. Or, everyone will hold off and observe how it goes in California for a few years then if it works out then it will spread. Thats just my opinion though.
