Legality Question

    so...weed and MAIL.

    So some one trys to send me weed. but you know I realy dont want them to do that becasue I could get in trobule right? even if im not asking/and or paying for it.

    all i can do is when/if i get it/ spray it with bleach and burn it, so no one can get a hold of it. or report it.

    Naw I wouldn't even mess with it even though you probably wouldn't get caught. But why take the risk of massive legal and financial hassles should anything go wrong. Hook up local.

    Thats a hard question to answer. Their can be many differnt out comes. The law states that a crime can only be commited if the person was aware that one was actually being performed. So in that case you would actually have to proove in some way you had no knowlege of it in any way, shape, or form. If prooven you did not ask him for it, did not buy it from him, but knew from him mentioning he might send you some thing at some point, you would be found guilty of knowlage of a crime recieving drugs in the mail a Felony Case.

    Oops I had to edit my above post. messed it up some how, did not get all i wanted in their. its fixed now
