Legality of ordering bongs in US

    What's up everyone? I'm looking into purchasing product for delivery in the US. I'm unfamiliar with the legality of this process. The disclaimer about shipments being seized by customs caught my attention. I live in Maryland. What's the scoop? Thanks guys & gals.

    Ordering bongs in the US is now illegal. I don't know about ordering over seas and being shipped to the US.


    Maybe some one will come by and shed some better light on the subject!

    I think it would be better for u to just buy one at a smoke shop around you, and i think it depends on what state you live in too!

    Shame, u can't buy bongs in the US wot the hell is this world cummin 2 all i gotta say is these three words FREE DA WEED!!!

    it is not illegal in the US... not as a whole anyways... the laws vary from state to state... I live in Utah of all places and it is legal... check local laws

    yes check your local laws before ordering. I think norml has state by state laws. :)

    when bongs are sold, they are sold for "tobacco use only". there fore are legal. btw, welcome.
