I sat here, wondering how I can attempt to judge it without being overly negative. I couldn't come up with a solution. Sorry, brother, but this is absolutely horrible.
That really doesn't mean much at all. First off, language has nothing to do with music or singing abilities...he doesn't have any. Second of all, I know people who speak limited English, but can sing an English song that they know very well.
That was pretty bad, find a vocal coach and a good producer, or stick to sampling beats. The music industry is exactly like any other business. Talent is only part of the equation, if you work hard enough and learn the trade you will be able to attain some measure of success.
