It's not legal, but if you only grow one the odd's of getting caught are 0% if your carfull, as you can just grow legitimate plants like i am, and have one-three cannabis plants, its basicly risk free. (Its still a crime and if you get caught dont expect too be let off the hook easly though!) and if the police or anyone comes around, rip it up, and burry it. Or just hide it, eather works. But amsterdam, netherlands, and afew others i think it's discriminalised. (I.E. Legal.)
