Legal!

  1. Good to see Colorado and Washington finally legalising cannabis. And if the Feds will only leave them alone, allows for much needed real world testing to take place too. Good on you my American cousins. The world is watching.

  2. This is a much bigger deal than many people realize. If it is a success, we can see a rapid spread of recreational legalization throughout the world, probably following the U.S. But if it's a failure; it will be a huge hindrance to ending prohibition on both state and federal level. The fact that the majority of two state's populations were in support of this is amazing.(still can't believe we couldn't pass prop. 19 in '10 out here) It is definitely indicative of the growing acceptance of cannabis and the spread of knowledge, not propaganda.
I think with the current state of the economy both here in the U.S. & Europe, and worldwide, it might be the perfect time for cannabis prohibition to finally end. With so many bigger problems, the benefits(mainly finacial $$, taxes and savings from less enforcement and incarceration) will outweigh any stigma's and biases toward cannabis that seem to cloud the scientifical facts.
