So even if the person is a minor theres no worries? they didnt see any drugs or suspect drugs in any way...
I think it depends on the state... I was at the DMV the other day trying to get my out-of-country lisence converted (for two fucking years now) to a national one... And if I remember correctly, there was a caption at the bottom of the form that said I consented to whatever tests they wanted to give me while driving in the state...
no i got caught with pot in school last year...sucked.... and all i got was a $100 fine plus court costs.... not piss test... just drug classes and lengthy suspension. any by law they cant give you a piss test... no one can without your consent... not even your parents. but keep in mind that if you refuse ones, youre kindof like admitting guilt.
haha if ur a minor ur also breakin the law by lookin at porn sites and by bein on here, but i really wouldnt know cuz i dont have a license and i've never been busted wit drugs
i dunno bout in nebraska, but here in Ct if you refuse a drug/alcohol test, thenyou get you're license suspended for 6 months instead of the 90 days if you had actually been driving drunk. stupid huh?
Im not a minor...its a kid i used to work with so we kinda stayed friends...he is just wondering...its for racing/exhibition of speed is there any chance they will spend tax dollors to test a kid they have no evidence ever smoked weed? im 19 so no worries for this board
haha nice editing.... and why would they give "him" a drug test? the only times they give people drug tests is if you are on probation or house arrest.... and usually only one ua during your probation....towards the end. but if you dont take it (which they cant make you) then that is the same as failing it cuz like i said you are admitting that you wont pass. i had a friend on probation... you also have to sign waivers and shit...
