Grew up in or on the ocean.. between scuba, snorkel, surf, etc.. then moved to Louisville for work, while there got the leg piece just to remind me of my home.
I like it. But personally with all that blue I think it'll look odd and not so good unless you end up getting the rest of your leg the same underwater theme. Or transition to an above water theme for the rest of your leg.
It d be cool if down the foot he went into earths crust and core; on the top it could have a skyscape then transition into space that way you d get the whole leg done and it would "make sense" theme wise
