Hey all im thinking about starting a clone?veg room and was wondering if either T5 flourescent or leds will work. It would be in a small 2 ft by 4 ft area and heat would be an issue if i were to use digital mh or hps. Does someone have expirience with both and do the T5s give off any heat? Im lloking at a 2' 6 lamp high output for $150 or a 120w tri band led for $250. Will either of these be enough light to veg say 3 plants for a month?
I use T-5's for veg and use them over my 400wMH. The MH got moved to the flower room. T-5's will be better for you and way more cheaper, IMO. I just don't feel that LED's have 'arrived' quite yet. Wet
