LED lighting concerns

  1. Ok so first time seriously growing and I purchased a 135watt led for a small one plant grow and in reading some threads here ImI now wondering if it would be suitable for growing medicine at all ive copy and pasted the details and specs below can someone take a look and tell me if it will work or not? Thanks in advance
