Hey guys, First time grower here. Putting together a rig, but, building it a piece at a time. My question is: Can I get my seeds to break ground and grow healthy seedlings using LED. My light will have a veg/bloom function. It's a 1200W light. Can I use that? And if so, how far away should I have it from my cups?

Any household bulb that isn't a halogen or a incandescent will grow cannabis seedlings just fine. They are even enough to sustain a small mother plant if need be.
