Im sorry, but cannabis plants in veg are extremely strong and can come back from most things. The growth may be stunted for a week or two but it will bounce back as long as it isnt an autoflowering strain

Well the stem being hurt is actually referred to as supercropping. It will heal itself and look like a huge knot. Supercropping is widely used to increase yield and make the plant more bushy. Just take it easy on the plant for a while and try not to stress it anymore.

Yes, one of my plants as a seedling did the same and burned the first set of serrated leaves. Basically topped at birth. Got 4 ounces from her in the end.
