Led/fan Combo

  1. So I was looking at a way to add fans to each section of what will be my wooden clone box and came across this type of fan which would both give light for the plants to reach for and circulate the air, what I'm wondering is are these gonna work like I think they will because of the Blue spectrum ? My goal is to have fresh cuttings up top in a mini bubbleponic set up...middle will be pre teens with established roots and already placed in a rockwool (etc.)and a lite nute mixure...and the bottom will be for bigger stages.....also the reason I ask if these will serve the purpose is because I don't know much about electricity and will have to research how to rig three to one power connection and it would be a waste of time if they wouldn't work

  2. IMO, this one is a better option: http://www.xoxide.com/bitfenix-spectrepro-230mm-casefan-black.html

I think the size and lack of led's will benefit you more with this fan. It sounds like you have a lot of research to do, but you could definitely use that wardrobe to make a decent grow box. I would remove one of the shelves to make 2 levels, as you will want one of them to be tall enough for flowering a full grown plant.

  3. Dont know if you skipped that part in my post but This is only my clone box for 2/3 baby stages of growth, I have a tent going up for my veg/flowering girls.this is only a box for humidity and root development. Just a project that seems fun to do since I like diy stuff, I have my last grow in my posts if you want to check it out.and also your input on using those fans I've posted simply for freshly clipped/starting root clones would be great.
