I want to grow my seedling/rooting clones under a LED blue spectrum light. I plan on having 4-8 plants growing under the light at a time. I see the 12" x 12" LED lights on ebay for 35.00 and i wonder if it can be true, that cheap. Someone please tell me the minimum wattage or what have you for the LED blue spectrum veg light to work properly.
