Leaves turning yellow :(

    So checking up on my plant this morning half my plants leafs turned yellow so i snipped them off now my girls look like a skinny skimmpy christmas tree less leaves = less bud sites less quality weed do i need to feed them nutrients to prevent the plant from sucking out the nutrients from the sugar leafs???
