high my fellow highers, like alot i'm a newbie in growing and this is my first time (ouwh my first time), soo these critical 2.0 and amnesia babies are 15days old, the amne had some leaves twisting and burning when it was 5days old cause i closed the closet without ventilation so she got a bit heat burned while the crit showed some brown in the very end of one leaf especially since i live in a hot part of the globe and still am in a cheap grow so doing my best to succeed in this grow with what i have.. So from the second set of true leaves, i'm seeing this yellowing on the leaves of both amne and crit, i taught it was the heat but preferred to refere to more experienced ppl, i used to put it out in the sunlight the first 10 days and put it back in under CFLs for cycles of 20/4 (sun+cfl), i'm not proud of my actual results but still learning from my mistakes the hard way, here are my growing stats (hight temps) temp: min 82°f, max (peeks to) 92° (before i turn off lights), avg 89°f [knowing that my embient temps in the room are higher by 3°f than inside the closet] humidity: 52% - 60% professional potting soil, ph avg 6 amne in a 5 gallon pot and crit in 2.5 gallon watered with tap water, ph 6.5 light: cfl 120w+2x55w 6400k small fan blowing inside no nutes added yet (planning to add some foil roll for reflection)
i'm just feaguring out how to use this forum, the page didn't refresh when i posted so i taught it was a bug, sry for the inconvinience, humm i selected thumbnail when i posted the pictures i'll try to fix that
thanks sir, i edited the post i think that you should be able to see the pics now, sry if my english ain't perfect
Low bottom leaves and especially ones that don't get as much lighting often yellow. Overall your plants look just fine. Your issue is lighting. If you're gonna attempt to grow cannabis then invest in some actual horticultural grade lighting. If you don't you'll be sorely disappointed. J
the thing is that this yellowing is also seen in the newest leaves that are directly exposed to the light, i didn't use hps or hl cause they would definitely burn the plants, i can actually add 300w worth of cfl lights i have under the hand to the actual 230w but the heat scares me that's my biggest issue for the summer, electricity is pretty cheap here it's about 20$ a month for the whole house but i still can't afford an a/c, actually it looks more like a discoloration accuring between the veines than a yellowing, here are the new pics
