Any tips on how help this plant. Damn things 6 weeks old now. Seems like it's pretty small. Only done this a few times. Haven't had this issue yet. The only thing I've done different this time was it was under a home depot light up until today. I chopped my other ones down so I got my light back finally. I'll post a pic of the home depot light too. The middle leaves almost look like something has chewed on them. But It is from the curling. They have straightened out on there own. Like last week some time. Today is the first day its been under my usual light fixture.
First blurple grow I seen all year, curling tips is a humidity thing - too dry leaves canoing is to hot, both is too much (N), a flush may work, do it days end so they recover over night to continue in the morning
at 6 weeks she should be a lot bigger hopefully with the new light you will get some growth i have 2 week old plants bigger than that what kind of light are you using?
Keep at it you got to start somewhere to learn. He has at least 6 nodes on has plant, I have never had 6 nodes in two weeks and I consider myself a master grower. I will have to go look at your journal to look at your plants at 2 weeks old. November the 3th I remember you had them up.
wasnt try ing to compare dicks now that i read my post i didnt mean it like that was i was getting at is I dont think that light will do him justice and yes just having a live plant is hard enough for beginners
I take it back about a master grower, that's what the law said when I was in my 30s and was on Ohio top 10 most wanted for growing cannabis.
well how is the plant responding under the new light? what kind is it and how far away from the plant? there is still hope for her
Yea Idk dudes. Im pretty new to this. Haven't mastered it tho yet for sure. Everytime I experience a new issue I learn something new tho. Last batch I had real bad stretching. I aint done nothing different since I made the post tho I started 2 other plants cause f that other one. havent even popped out of the soil yet. Hoping to not have the same issue with those. I used a completely different soil with the new ones. And I even went and got rid of the burple or what ever it is yall are calling it. I Got a vivosun 150 watt light. Fucking bright as shit compared to my giixer. It's reading 35000 lux at 23 inches away. Scared to do it any closer lol. The plant i posted seems to be doing better tho.. I didn't flush it. I ain't got mites. Idk what's up with it. It's starting to grow tho finally. And the newest set of leaves are in good shape. I'm just letting it do its thing. Didnt top it or nothing cause she seems like she is struggling n dont wanna stress it anymore than it is. Once it reaches the size I want it ill flip to flower. How ever long it takes it takes itll take I guess. She's 52 days old (8 weeks) still tiny as hell. but i am seeing new growth finally. I'll post some pics. My prevous grows ive done 70 day veg. Give or take a few days. Idk. Maybe she'll be ready when my newest 2 are ready for flower. Genna be a long ass veg cycle for her tho. She's been moving slow as shit
keep an eye on the new growth at the top of the plant if it comes in good and green you will be ok but truthfully that plant does not look well at all i had one like that last winter she came around with some tlc hopefully your seedlings come up as a backup plan
Might be a disease or something even. I'm not sure Man. I don't think it has to much of something tho cause I don't do anything. So if anything... it's not getting enough of something. Cause I don't feed it or fertilize or nothing. Just water. Haven't gotten into the feeding aspect yet. I just started reading into that today. I'm trying to maximize my yeild at this point. Tired of 1 ounce or less off each plant. And I just got the lighting straight. So food and fertilizer will be next for me. But thanks for the help dude. I'll be back next time something goes wrong. I think the light did the trick or it just figured itself out. Its growing good now. All new growth is looking good and from what I can see this new light has def sped it up a tad. Made a big difference
I would go ahead and start feeder her, she looks hungry, just figure out what type of feed your going to mix up for her. Don't know if you own a pH gage and a ppm gage but might be something you want to invest in to know what you are giving her.
Quick update. I did a pretty heavy flush on her like 2-3 days ago. The leaves that looked good... sure as shit ended up curling up. So i De-clawed her (got rid of the effected leaves) and then I also changed out the soil today. Well see what happens.. lol. Any tips would be greatly apreciated
not sure what to say that plant is 8 weeks old? how many plants do you have total? i hope that is not your only plant personally i would have started new seeds when she was in trouble before i mean she just looks SICKLY and that is a lot of energy used if she is your only plant my advice keep her but start some new plants today try some nitrogen on her
