The leaves were more curled earlier and I lowered the light because the others were stretching. I just want to ask if that's the reason my leaves started curling (light too high).
the leaves are curling because it is too hot. Thats what I know from my experience. Do you know the temperature of your grow space?
leaf curling can be a few different things, I would be looking at air movement, heat, over or underwatering...
at one point i had a hood on the bulb but i realized it was getting hot, so i took it off and put a fan on so there is a small breeze going on it.
