Leaves curling DOWN?

    What does it mean if the little baby leaves when it first sprouts curl downwards? Too much water perhaps?

    yes. if they are curling down and inwards, usually too much water, just let them dry out a bit.

    I had the same drooping leaves on mine yesterday which was the same day I watered. Its looking better now.... mine was a little cold though kuz i didnt have the lights on after i watered it... all better now;) GL on your grow cfl

    Overwatering and underwatering can look similar, a real conundrum for newbies. If the leaves are curling downward that probably is overwatering, if they are drooping downward but in a pretty straight shape that could be underwatering.
